Learn to Belly Dance with Alexandra |

| Come join this high-energy, fun belly dance class taught by Alexandra, a sought after choreographer and teacher. We start our class with warm-ups and stretches then practice isolations (or moving certain parts of our body without moving others). Next we learn and practice basic moves, including: hip lifts, hip drops, Egyptian walk, basic hip, and rock step. We then put these basic moves into combinations and you are belly dancing! Each class we add combinations to a fun and upbeat routine that we complete over the 8-week session that you can practice at home and show to your family and friends!
