Getting in shape with belly dancing is fun and easy,

In this video we begin stretching every muscle, then practice moving certain parts of your body without moving others (called isolations).  Then we move to the basic moves, including hip lifts, hip drops, Egyptian walk, basic hip, rock step, and the threes.  Then we put them all together to form combinations and we’re belly dancing!!!

Learn to Belly Dance Volume 1 is great for beginners, and for those who have studied for a while and would like to have a great basics training and posture building class at home.

Alexandra, a seasoned professional dancer of 24 years and teacher of 12 years is technically strong and teaches  with the understanding of body balance and placement for beautiful dancing.  Her popular, upbeat teaching style comes from her ability to teach the layering of steps and the understanding and usage of presentation.
